Returns & refunds

Charlie & Flo’s sell only premium pre-loved children’s clothing – fantastic quality clothing that is grown out, not worn out. Our clothes are hand picked for quality and we do our very best to note any issues or irregularities with an item. However, sometimes something will be missed. Should you receive an item that you are unhappy with, please contact us within 14 days. We will happily accept returns for a full refund or store credit.



Items are generally listed on the website as per their labels. However, we do our best to notice when items are obviously a different size than stated on their labels. When this happens we will list items as per their true size and make a note in the product description.

Having said this, certain brands tend to always come up bigger or smaller than average. For example, Cotton On always fits small for size and Pumpkin Patch is usually a little large. We do our best to give you an approximation of the size, and often supply measurements to help you get the best fit. If there’s an item you love but aren’t sure about the size, please contact us for some extra measurements.



Our preferred method of payment is via credit card and this can be selected during checkout.  Orders may also be paid via bank deposit within 24 hours of placing the order, or via cash upon collection.  Collection must be arranged within 72 hours of placing the order.  Sorry, but no other form of payment can be accepted at this time.
